About the Author

SP Singh

SP Singh, an Assistant Director in the Department of Posts, hails from Uttarakhand and has dedicated over 20 years to meditation and yoga. His journey includes learning from diverse traditions and teaching yoga to individuals and corporate teams at Microsoft, Google, Capgemini, GE, JP Morgan, Reliance, and many more.

He has also developed the “Meditation for Stress Management and Boosting Productivity” course for Government Officials, available on iGOT and Dak KarmaYogi portals. Since its launch in June 2024, over 25,000 participants have completed the course, earning an impressive 4.3/5 rating.
